Dylan has always been involved in the sport and fitness industry at a very young age, he found his
passion for the gym at the age of 16 and went on to study exercise and health studies in W.I.T.
Dylan has a long history with playing GAA, soccer and rugby at all levels and applies these strength
and conditioning coaching methods with his clients.
Dylan has also recently competed in bodybuilding competitions and has a vast knowledge in
nutrition and body fat lost.
Dylan also teaches a variety of classes such as circuits, spinning, Bums Legs and Tums and fat blast.
